  Text	MRS. JONAS ZOELLNER Mrs. Annie Zoellner, 69, wife of Jonas Zoellner, pioneer Scottsbluff merchant, and prominent western Nebraska resident, died at noon Wednesday in her home, 1424 Fourth avenue. She had been ill since last Thursday. Surviving are her husband and only son, Charles Zoellner, of Scottsbluff. A granddaughter, Mrs. Alan Williams, lives at Lincoln. Three sisters and one brother survive, also. They are Mrs. Bertha Faust and Jennie Goldberg, both of Deadwood, S. D., Mrs. Roberts Pratt of Niagara Falls, N. Y., and the brother, Bonnie Goldberg of Sturgis, S. D. Mrs. Faust, Miss. Goldberg, Mr. Goldberg and Mrs. Williams are in Scottsbluff now. Mrs. Pratt is expected to arrive Thursday from Niagara Falls. Mrs. Zoellnercame to Scottsbluff with her husband to live in 1912. Mr. Zoellner had opened a store here six years before, but they did not establish a permanent residence until 1912. She was born Sept. 13, 1865, at Indianapolis, Ind., and moved with her family to South Dakota when she was a girl. She met Mr. Zoellner at Central City, S. D., where they were married on Feb. 19, 1882. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary three years ago. Mrs. Zoellner was a life member of the Order of Eastern Star, belonging to the chapter at Deadwood. Mr. and Mrs. Zoellner were pioneers at Deadwood, S. D., living there during the gold rush days. Mr. and Mrs. Zoellner have been active in social and civic circles in Scottsbluff, and are widely known in the entire western Nebraska territory. Funeral arrangements have not been completed, but are in charge of Knight's.
