    Married:
    Francis Elmore & Mary Ida Elliott requested a marriage application from the Erath County Clerk in July 1892 and a license was issued, but the portion of the license that was to be filled out by the clergyman and returned back to the courthouse was never completed and returned.
    Therefore, it is unknown whether Francis and Mary actually got married. Their paper work was not completed properly, so the Erath County Court does not consider them as married. It is possible that they decided to get married in a different county, but I have not been able to find a record of such.........FS3
