Tyler, of the city of White, in the County of Brookings, in the State of South Dakota, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefor make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. First, I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. Second, after the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Alice Tyler, the sum of One Thousand Dollars and my automobile and all my household goods and funiture. Third, I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Mattie Potter, the sum of One Thousand Dollars. Fourth, I give, devise and bequeath all the desidue and remained of my estate both real and personal, to my wife, Alice Tyler, my daughter, Mattie Potter, my grandchildren, Anita Potter Gibs, Irma Potter, Mavis Potter, Eunice Potter, Avis Barg Farley, Earl Barg, Fayette Barg, and John T. Barg Jr., forever in equal parts, each to receive a one tenth part thereof. Fifth, I do hereby make, constitute and appoint R.H. Holden, of the City of White, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, executor of this my last Will and Testament, and I do hereby request, that he may not be compelled to give any bond or security as such executor.
