Melissa - I believe the reference for this union is "300 Years of Cecils in America 1665-1971" by Alta Cecil Koch of West Terre Haute, Indiana (LDS's US/Can Book Area 929.273 C432k & US/Can Film Area 0873818, Item 2). I do not own a copy, therefor am unable to check to make sure. I have corresponded with Elsie Greenup Jourdan on this, and she does not believe there is any proof that Elizabeth was a Witten or that she was Thomas' daughter.
